August 2017AMC Medawisla Lodge
In 2009 the Appalachian Mountain Club asked LDa to visit their Medawisla Camp in Northern Maine to determine how the lodge could be renovated or reconstructed and to begin planning for two new cabins. Since that initial visit we have worked with the AMC to program and plan an entirely new camp utilizing existing waterfront building locations, expanding the scope of the camp to an adjacent hillside to include a new lodge, cabins, bunkhouses and an array of staff and support buildings. -

The LDa Arch-Attacks are back for another season of softball! We are so excited to be back on the field and can't wait to show off our new skills and team players. Last week we played against PCA and lost 17-13, but it was a close game! Take a look down below for some action shots. -

Last week Design Within Reach kindly invited LDa to tour around their new showroom space right in the heart of Harvard Square. We had an amazing time learning all about what DWR offers and how hands on they are in the design process, really going the extra mile to help clients in pursuing their design vision. -

KidsBuild! All Grown Up 2017
Every year the BSA hosts an event called KidsBuild! where children of all ages come to create and build. As stated on the BSA's site: "KidsBuild! is a hands on, interactive learning experience for children, which is committed to creating learning opportunities for children through design and the built environment." -
