    As we dive into summer, we are excited to share our Salten Point's master bath with you in the new Cape & Islands issue of New England Home! To create a sense of serenity in this master bathroom, LDa Interior Designer, Erin Tracy picked materials that would evoke the coastal surroundings of this home, while still focusing on the extraordinary view of the marshland outside.     LDa was lucky enough to partner with Green Phoenix Development on 346 Highland, a renovation project that was designed to be respectful of the home’s age, while incorporating cutting-edge sustainable design technologies. We are so excited to announce that it has been selected as one of 10 finalists worldwide for the U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC) 2020 LEED Homes Awards Project of the Year!

    Pantone Color of the Year 2020

    When Pantone announced their Color of The Year for 2020, we knew it was going to be one of our favorites! It is a familiar, calming color called "Classic Blue," which we love to use a variation of in our color palettes when designing our client's homes. This quote from Architectural Digest sums up perfectly why we gravitate towards this particular hue:

    "A Turning Point"

    The moment we've been waiting for is finally here!  We are excited to share with you our Fort Hill project which is featured in the new issue of  Northshore Home Magazine! Originally designed by prominent Boston architect Samuel Dudley Kelley in 1893, this large shingle style house on Eastern Point had received a series of additions over the years.
