    "Three-Part Harmony"

    We are thrilled to announce that our Martin's Cove project is featured in the new May/June 2018 Issue of New England Home! This mid-century home was originally built for the Talbot family (famous for their clothing brand) in the early 50s and has since gone through three disjoined additions. Read below to see how LDa Principal, Kyle Sheffield, gave a breath of new life into this home and unified the overall design.

    "The List"

    All of the LDa principals were featured in the April 2018 Issue of Boston Common Magazine in a section called "The List". It's a little mysterious as to how people get picked to be on the list, but from what we can tell it's a place where the magazine acknowleges people who are doing something special/different in their community, but it's all a little ambiguous.

    LDa Staff Update 2018!

    2017 was a great year for LDa: Full of office-outings, photoshoots, great projects and an ever-growing team. With new staff members and promotions,  2018 is shaping up to be one of the best years yet!  Promotions: Early this year LDa Principal Kyle Sheffield joined the ranks of Partner at the firm. Equally as exciting, Tracy Andrade, our Business Manager, was made Principal; and Andrew Hinterman was made Senior Associate. We are very excited to see what they get up to in their new roles.

    What's Trending: Wallpaper

    With the warm weather in sight and with spring right around the corner, we can’t help but look forward to infusing our designs with a bit more color and pattern. One trend we’ve noticed resurfacing, especially for spring, is wallpaper. Whether on an accent wall or even as a statement on the ceiling, we’ve seen all different kinds of wallpaper being incorporated into people’s homes. From metallic or embroidered to textured or floral, homeowners are becoming more adventurous when it comes to decorating the spaces in their homes!
