Saint Bonaventure Parish Feasibility Study

Saint Bonaventure Parish Feasibility Study

Plymouth, MA

Located in Manomet, a village within the Town of Plymouth, MA, the Saint Bonaventure Roman Catholic Church was housed in a small wood-frame building built in 1951. Anticipating significant future growth, the parish enlisted LDa to prepare a feasibility study and preliminary design for a new worship space, and potential reuse options for the existing church, parish hall buildings and parking and landscape improvements.

The study evaluated incremental and phasing costs, ecological assets, programming needs, site planning, zoning and the expansion of existing utilities and infrastructure. Following presentations to the Parish Building Committee, a preferred scheme was selected and included in the final study.
