Located right off the Greenway with sweeping views of the city, our client’s new penthouse had a lot to offer. LDa provided interior design services to make the unit feel cohesive in its contemporary style and designed a roof deck that would offer multiple ways to entertain and host guests.
Inside, the furnishings and fixtures are sleek & simple, with an emphasis on clean, modern lines. Even with a cooler color palette consisting of grey, white and stark black, the penthouse has dimension and warmth with it’s use of different textures and timeless materials. A big part of our design was maximizing storage throughout the unit, making sure that no space went under-utilized, while still maintaining an uncluttered and modern aesthetic .
The roof deck includes an outdoor kitchen, fire pit, and bar seating, and privacy screening, so that our client and their guests can take advantage of the endless views of Downtown Boston.
