Lincoln Square Condominium

Having owned the condo since the 80s, when the time came for the homeowners to downsize from their house in Lincoln, they knew exactly the kind of interior renovations they would need to transform the unit into their primary residence. Lacking a cohesive spatial plan and storage, LDa reconfigured the entire layout of this downtown condo to take advantage of the panoramic views of the Boston Public Garden while simultaneously creating a contemporary and functional space. The new open floor plan and clever use of cabinetry allow the kitchen and dining areas flow effortlessly into the central living area, efficiently transforming the cramped space into a bright and airy home. Additional renovations were made to the master bathroom, powder room, and his-and-her closets for maximum storage and fresh interior outfitting. Combined with overall fresh paint and finishes, the result is elegant and eye-catching - perfectly capturing the essence of its surroundings.
