Looking for help in making some needed changes to their well-loved home, our clients asked us to design selective renovations and an addition to better serve their family’s needs. The largest change was the demolition and relocation of the garage from the rear to the side of the home, opening up space for an outdoor dining area and expanded patio.

A new sport court was added underneath the new patio, with a new mudroom, laundry and bath addition connecting the garage to the house. The family room was reconfigured to take advantage of the new outdoor areas as well as providing a new office and homework area. In the front of the home, two smaller rooms were combined to create a formal dining area with a refreshed butler’s pantry. Portions of the unfinished basement were renovated to house a new home gym and game room. Interior design improvements were also made, with new furniture and finishes in selected areas.
