Downtown Crossing Storefront

LDa provided team coordination, facade design studies and regulatory support for the expansion of a national coffee franchise in a vibrant downtown district while working in collaboration with Growth Companies. The project co-joined the two adjacent buildings and doubled both the retail storefront size and the available interior retail space.
