Part of the Bayberry Run project, the guest cottage was the original house located on this stunning waterfront residence on Osterville’s Eel River. Relocated and renovated, it now offers a cozy retreat for guests.
Working within the traditional Cape style, the kitchen and baths were extensively renovated, including new paint, lighting, and window treatments throughout the cottage. The space is bright and airy, with muted colors and traditional textures overlaying the crisp white walls. A blend of both new and existing furniture pieces reflects the cottage’s history.
