Because NMFN was the lessee, not the owner, LDa worked with the building developer’s representatives as well as the tenants to develop multiple test-fit plans and configurations. These exercises, which LDa considers essential in the design process, were critical in determining the correct amount of space assigned to individual users – in this case, a very specific client request based on corporate hierarchy.

In addition to architectural space planning and interior design, LDa services included the design of an all glass entry, custom casework, finish selections and a complete furniture and workstation procurement package.
