As part of a larger condominium conversion project, LDa was tasked with creating a sales center near the buidling site as the project went through the design and construction phases.
The new Archer Sales Center features sales offices, conference space and representative kitchens & baths housed in a vacant office space only a few blocks from the Archer Residences project. Each room showcases the materials, fixtures and finishes that will be featured throughout the condominiums. The team at Advisors Living is currently using the sales center as a way to show potential owners the amenities and opportunities that the Archer Residences have to offer.
