LDa was brought on board by the Our Lady of the Cedars of Lebanon parish to renovate their reception center facility, Cushing Hall. Underutilized and outdated, the parish recognized renovations were needed to enhance the space’s appeal to attract public bookings as well as meeting internal parish needs.
The renovation includes a 500 square foot addition, including relocation of the core bathrooms, a new office, lounge, and bar area. A new commercial kitchen, new interior finishes, furniture, doors & windows, bathroom fixtures, and lighting were specified along with mechanical, HVAC and fire protection upgrades.
The renovated hall is luxurious, adaptable and ready to host gatherings of all sizes and purpose, creating a valuable revenue stream for the parish.
