Following a thorough Building Conditions Survey completed by LDa, DCR is moving forward with renovations to the Visitor’s Center at Halibut Point State Park. The goal of the design will be to stabilize the building from ongoing water damage and structural decay, make it code compliant for continued use as a business occupancy, and create an accessible path to the second floor for an occupancy of less than 49 people. The scope of work includes new roofing, tower repair, exterior envelope repairs, structural repairs, accessibility improvements and interior renovations. Currently In Construction.
