Cliff Ridge
A thoughtful reinvention of a 1936 Tudor residence, this renovation preserved the home’s stately street presence while transforming the interiors for modern family living.
A thoughtful reinvention of a 1936 Tudor residence, this renovation preserved the home’s stately street presence while transforming the interiors for modern family living.
The original architectural character was retained through the preservation of the front façade and select interior elements, honoring the home’s historic charm and neighborhood context.
A glass-walled rear addition introduces natural light and openness, creating a dramatically improved first-floor layout and a fluid indoor-outdoor connection.
Upper levels were reimagined to include an expanded primary suite, family bedrooms, guest accommodations, a media lounge, and a private wood-paneled office.
Comprehensive upgrades—including new windows, HVAC, lighting, and envelope improvements—modernize the home for comfort, efficiency, and longevity.
Exterior enhancements include expansive lawn areas, patios, a pool, and a complementary pool house that extends living and entertaining outdoors.
