Live 155 exterior with people hero

Live 155

Northampton, MA

This new construction project brings together community, a blend of affordable and market-rate housing, and vibrant commercial space. With an homage to Northampton’s traditional brick town-center commercial architecture, and an accent of contemporary design, it creates a dynamic and connected living environment in the heart of Northampton, MA.

Contextual design inspired by the community

Combining old and new materials, the Pleasant Street facing façade blends in with the character of downtown Northampton, while the exteriors on the interior of the site offer a colorful and contemporary design approach—a nod to the artistic community that Northampton fosters. Public art was integrated into the building exterior, main staircase, lobby and site facilities enclosure.
