LDa designed the interiors for the common spaces and individual units of this new condo building along downtown Boston’s Rose Kennedy Greenway.
A two-story glass lobby welcomes residents with abundant natural light, warm wood accents, and a strong connection to nature.
The interiors strike a balance between the “old Boston” street approach and the more contemporary feel of the new facade. Old-world materials, rich in tone and grain, are applied in a more youthful, simplified, and approachable manner.
Open floor plans and floor-to-ceiling windows give these luxury condos a contemporary feel in the heart of the seaport.
