The Archer Residences

Beacon Hill, Boston, MA

The Archer Residences provide a boutique neighborhood living experience in the heart of Boston, with a design that melds historic Beacon Hill charm with 21st century comforts. The project transformed two former Suffolk University structures into a 62-unit, amenity-rich building in which old world materials are used in a contemporary application to create a timeless design.

Sophistication and warmth

The welcoming lobby features custom art pieces, concrete back-lit tile, stained cerused white oak walls, and silver travertine marble. In the adjacent Club Room, furniture is rich in color and texture, and a double-sided Monte Blanc quartz fireplace adds a cozy feel within the sophisticated space.

Building a Community

A wide variety of building amenities enhance the community within the building, including a club room, children’s playroom, fitness/yoga center, and expansive roof deck with outdoor fireplaces and communal grills.

A wide range of styles

Units offer flexible, open floor plans, high ceilings with crown molding, large black metal windows providing ample daylight, gourmet kitchens, and spa-like baths. Two unit styles accommodate a range of tastes: a contemporary style with a gray and white palette and a more transitional walnut and white scheme. In addition to the luxury finishes and appliances, including Waterworks fixtures, Wolf and Sub Zero appliances, and Carrara marble sinks and flooring, the units provide integrated smart home features.
