Northwestern Mutual Financial Network
LDa carried out office planning and design for a tenant fit out of 25,000 SF on the 25th floor of One Beacon Street, Boston for the Northwestern Mutual Financial Network (NMFN).
Tenant collaboration
Because NMFN was the lessee—not the building owner—LDa worked closely with both the building developer’s representatives and the tenant team to explore multiple test-fit plans and spatial configurations. These exercises, which LDa considers essential in the design process, were critical in determining the correct amount of space assigned to individual users – in this case, a very specific client request based on corporate hierarchy.
Integrated scope
In addition to architectural space planning and interior design, LDa’s services included the design of an all-glass entry, custom casework, and finish selections. A complete furniture and workstation procurement package further ensured a cohesive, fully integrated workplace environment.
