LDa provided interior design services for this new construction luxury condo building near the town’s picturesque harbor. The community of 28 luxury boutique condominiums offers 2 or 3 bedroom residences, each providing its own unique layout with private balconies.
The lobby’s design scheme reflects the oceanside locale, inspired by sandy beaches and sun-bleached driftwood.
The building offers 2- and 3-bedroom residences, each with a unique layout ranging from 1,400 – 2,500 sf and with private balconies.
Units are lavishly appointed with a carefully selected palette of materials and finishes. Marble and stone complement the richly textured wall treatments.
