Diversity, equity, and inclusion
LDa promotes equity, diversity, and inclusion in the workplace and encourages engagement and educational opportunities around these important topics.
Many of the outreach programs supported by our staff, for organizations including the BSA Foundation, Cambridge Public Kindergarten, and the Greater Boston YMCA, are aimed at introducing architecture and design to children of diverse backgrounds, in an effort to erase any perceived barriers that may prevent a child from pursuing the profession. Inside and outside our office, the LDa team strives to create a more equitable, diverse, and inclusive practice.
