This young family of four was interested in making the most their home and brought LDa on board to develop a renovation master plan which included finishing the attic and basement, renovating their master bathroom and family room, and adding an addition off the kitchen to make room for a new breakfast bay.
The once unusuable attic space was converted into a craft/media area that neatly organized all of their long term storage items while proving a spacious and quiet workspace at the top of the house. In the family room, cabinets were added, the fireplace was refinished and a TV was installed over the fireplace. In addition to these renovations, LDa’s Interiors department worked with the family to select new furniture, lighting, rugs and window treatments. The finished rooms are bright, colorful and well organized.
