The owners of this Back Bay condo approached LDa to surgically renovate and refresh the newly purchased 3,000sf unit to better reflect their tastes and lifestyle. Overall, damaged finishes were repaired or replaced, built-ins were modified or moved, and the entire condo was repainted.
More involved renovations were made to the master suite. The existing master bath was converted into a new “hers” master closet, with new flooring, cabinetry, and recessed lighting, while an existing office space became the new master bathroom and “his” master closet. New cabinetry, marble counter tops, tub deck and shower surround were installed with period appropriate floor and wall tiles and all new lighting. The kitchen was completely renovated, including all new cabinets and counter tops, fixtures, appliances, and lighting.
