2015 - A Year in Review

October 2015PRISM Awards - LDa Takes Home Three!
After submitting to the Builders and Remodelers Association of Greater Boston's PRISM Awards earlier this summer, we were invited to attend the awards gala this past Friday night. What a fun night it was! LDa took home three awards... 1. Gold - Best Kitchen Remodel Over $200,000 for our residential project Ledgewood. Architects Douglas Dick and Thomas Jonak were on the team for this renovation in a historic home. -
September 2015Back Bay Addition/Renovation is Making Headlines
After wrapping up an extensive renovation to MIT's Alpha Theta Sigma Chi house last fall, the building has been getting quite a bit of recognition lately. Situated in Boston's historic Back Bay, 532 Beacon Street has been home to the Alpha Theta Chapter of Sigma Chi since 1919. The inspiration behind the renovation according to Alpha Theta Sigma Chi Alumni Daniel Craig was, "...to put in a good foundation for the next 50 plus years. -

Community Nursery School in Lexington Wins a Bechtel Award
We're so pleased that the Community Nursery School in Lexington has won a 2014 Richard L. Bechtel Design Award! The Richard Bechtel Design Award was created in honor of Rick Bechtel and his legacy, as a local Architect, to the built environment of Lexington, Massachusetts. -
